Good morning church family,

GIVING THANKS & PRAISE:
Leo is still home and continues to do well, Praise God! We shared with everyone on Sunday, that the Medical Director of the Peds ICU unit at Yale said that “he has never seen a child survive Mucor” . Mucor is the name of the fungal infection he had which spreads rapidly. We give much praise and thanks to God for His power in healing Leo of this deadly infection. Continued prayers for Gina, VJ and the family as they juggle a LOT within their household. Leo continues to go to Yale daily, and there is a lot involved with him being home and his care.

Congrats to our son Kenny and daughter-in-law Jessica on their new son Tatum James Pancoast (“Tate” for short) who was born on Thursday January 22nd weighing in at 8lbs 5 oz. 19.5 inches. All are doing well.

Puerto Rico is an island known for its natural beauty, both above and below the water. By day, there are plenty of beautiful beaches but by night, Puerto Rico has what is known as bioluminescent bays which are simply beautiful! Glowing with the light from tiny iridescent organisms called dinoflagellates, these microscopic organisms light up bright blue in a rare natural phenomenon found in these bays.

The organisms emit a blue light, creating a glowing effect. How GREAT is our GOD!

Passengers aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard spacecraft experience offered people an 11 minute sub-orbital space flight in April 2025, taking passengers past the Karman line (the edge of space) for a few minutes of weightlessness, traveling to the internationally recognized boundary of space at 100 kilometers (62 miles) altitude. The Karman line marks the altitude where traditional aircraft can no longer effectively fly.
During the NS-31 mission on April 14, 2025, an all-female crew—including Katy Perry, Gayle King, and Lauren Sánchez— embarked on a suborbital journey that lasted approximately 11 minutes. They experienced approximately 4 minutes of zero gravity after crossing the Kármán line, before returning safely to Earth.
This brief yet profound experience offered the passengers a unique perspective of Earth and the sensation of microgravity, making it a significant milestone in commercial space tourism.
Below are a few of their comments after seeing the blue line surrounding the earth….
Katie Perry – “What a wonderful world. I felt super connected to love.“
Lauren Sanchez: described the spaceflight as “Profound“. She highlighted the contrast between the darkness of space and the bright moon before looking back at earth, calling it a “beautiful jewel” . She said that Earth “felt like it was breathing. It was so alive!”
Kerianne Flynn: Said seeing space left her “with almost no words“. She found the vast darkness and the view of the planet incredible, describing the moon as “so beautiful” and feeling like it was a “special gift just for me.”
Aisha Bowe: Described the beauty of seeing Earth without visible boundaries or borders, stating, “I will never be the same” She noted that when viewing Earth, it filled the window, becoming everybody’s window and that there were no boundaries, just “earth”.
Gayle King: Expressed amazement at what she saw, saying “I can’t even believe what I saw.”
These comments highlighted the transformative and awe-inspiring impact that witnessing the beauty of Earth and the moon from space had on the passengers of NS – 31.
From day to day, we take life for granted. We have limited vision. We wake up and do a few chores at home, then head to our car, which takes us to our jobs, we go to work all day, come home in our cars, to a house filled with responsibilities, laundry and the mundane things of life. We fail to look at this life with complete “awe”, for God is simply AWESOME!
There is good news! We do not need to take an expensive trip boarding a space ship to see or fly past the Karman line, to be in AWE of our CREATOR! All we need is to open the pages of God’s Word, and it will take us on a breathtaking journey to see the Glory of GOD!

“He is the image of the invisible God,
the firstborn over all creation.
For by him all things were created:
things in heaven and on earth,
visible and invisible,
whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities;
all things were created by him and for him.
He is before all things, and in him all things hold together“

“By the word of the Lord, the heavens were made,
and by the breath of his mouth all their host…
For he spoke, and it came to be;
he commanded, and it stood firm.”

We are deeply known and loved by God our Creator.
“ O LORD,
You have searched me and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
You perceive my thoughts from afar,
You discern my going out and my lying down,
you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue,
you know it completely, O LORD.”
You hem me in – behind and before,
you have laid your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
If I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
If I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me.”
even the darkness will not be dark to you,
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
For you created my inmost being,
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made,
you works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the dark depths of the earth,
your eyes saw my unformed body,
All the days ordained for me were written in your book,
before one of them came to be!
How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!
How vast is the sum of them!
Where I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand.“

We cannot fathom the work that God has done from beginning to end.
Reading His Word brings us to know our Creator who is LOVE.
“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.“
“God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish,
but have everlasting life.”
May we stand in complete AWE of our CREATOR!
KEEP SINGING and PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME….
GLORIOUS ONE
Our hands are lifted high Our hearts are bowing in reverence And we’re surrounded By the glory of Your presence
And with every creature Every tongue We’re lifting our hearts To the Glorious One, yeah
Glorious One Glorious One Light of the world You outshine the sun King of all kings Eternity sings Glorious One
O God of infinite worth With hands that carved out the oceans You hold the universe And still You run to the broken
With every heart That’s been set free We’re lifting our song To our Glorious King
Glorious One Glorious One Light of the world You outshine the sun King of all kings Eternity sings Glorious One!
The Word of God helps us to see far beyond the blue line, to the Creator of the blue line and into eternity!

“The son is the radiance of God’s glory
and the exact representation of his being,
sustaining all things by his powerful word. “
Our world is broken and continuing to spiral down.
Be the LIGHT and share the Good News with all!
“You will seek me and find me,
when you seek me with all your heart.“
To God be the glory great things He hath done!
